Air1 and Autamarocchi, a philosophy aimed at long term customers satisfaction

Autamarocchi and Air1 exhibit at the Oil & nonOil exhibition of alternative fuels.

 

(2008-05-07) Autamarocchi SpA, a leading Company in International Transport and Logistics, and Air1, the only operator involved with the production and distribution of AdBlue in Italy, exhibited their products together at the Oil & nonOil event held in Modena on the 13th-15th of April.

At the exhibition, dedicated to alternative fuels, service stations and carwashes, Autamarocchi SpA and Air1 shared a 100m2 stand. "Customer satisfaction is our greatest asset", states Nicoletta Capucciati, Product Manager Air1® in Yara Italy, "that is why we thought it significant to share the stand at this event with one of our largest customers. One of the fundamental objectives of Air1 is to provide thorough post-sale advice, to meet the customers and partners needs, and to understand the developments of the market and anticipate solutions"

Air1 captured the attention of many participants by revealing their innovative, home-depot, 5000 litre, Titan Mini-bulk. This is currently installed at some Autamarocchi sites in Italy and also at many other companies. Autamarocchi, a company that has always been focused on technological innovation and quality of service, exhibited their containers reclaimed for alternative uses.

The wide range of storage systems that the Air1 team offers to its customers, were on display inside the stand. Air1 also deal with the main suppliers of the delivery systems, Ama SpA and Tokheim, who also exhibited their latest releases for the storage of AdBlue®
During the event, various associations held conferences dedicated to safety, development of services to the traveller, environmental policies, and prospects for fuel distribution networks in the light of changing regulations. Oil & nonOil is a referential review not only for major oil companies but also for all fuel distribution network operators, a key area for future development of the AdBlue market. “It was a good opportunity to keep informed on new trends in the sector” adds Nicoletta Capucciati.
